Shopping for shoes online can be tricky right? I hear you.

Your happiness is important to me so I have created our Happy Feet Policy just for you, so no matter what the issue you know I've got you.

Wrong size, not the right colour? I am happy to work with you to find the perfect shoe.

I'll cover postage one-way on size exchanges (once per order) and if you don’t love your purchase you can return it for a refund.

How cool is that! So I think you'll agree this gives you the piece of mind to select the perfect pair of shoes for your little one. 

 

Size Exchanges

If you have purchased an incorrect size, I will happily cover postage costs one-way on your size exchange. 

Simply:

  1. Contact hello@littleleather.com.au so I can confirm whether an exchange pair is available.
  2. Return in brand new condition, packaging intact to: PO Box 678, Kwinana 6966 WA. With your return address and exchange details.

Please keep in mind:

I will cover costs for Australia Post regular postage to post your alternative pair to you.

I cover the one-way postage on size exchanges once per order.

Exchanges are subject to availability, if your preferred size is not in stock we may offer an alternative. 

Please request your size exchange within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Refunds
I want you to love your shoes 100%

But if you don’t love them, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus postage) via your original method of payment.

Please keep in mind:

Purchases of sale items or orders using a discount code are not eligible to be returned for a refund but may be returned for store credit.

The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it.  

Please request your refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving the delivery
