Shopping for shoes online can be tricky right? I hear you.

Your happiness is important to me so I have created our Happy Feet Policy just for you, so no matter what the issue you know I've got you.

Wrong size, not the right colour? I am happy to work with you to find the perfect shoe.

I'll cover postage one-way on size exchanges (once per order) and if you don’t love your purchase, you can return it for a store credit.

How cool is that! So, I hope this gives you the peace of mind to select the perfect pair of shoes for your little one.


 
RETURNS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES - FULL PRICED ITEMS


If you have purchased an incorrect size, we will happily cover postage costs one-way on your size exchange, once per order, on full priced items only.
 
Simply:

  1. Contact hello@littleleather.com.au to arrange exchange
  1. Return in brand new condition, packaging intact to: PO Box 678, Kwinana 6966 WA.
  1. Include a note with your return address and exchange preferences
 
 
Please keep in mind:
  • Customers are responsible for postage costs to return pairs to us for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, if your preferred size is not in stock we may offer an alternative.
  • The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it.
  • Please request your size exchange within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
  • I cover the one-way regular postage on size exchanges once per order.

RETURNS FOR REFUND - STORE CREDIT

Please choose carefully as, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Little Leather is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect selection.
We can process returns for store credit if the item is sent back at your cost and arrives in unused, fully-packaged and resell able, original condition. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the amount paid, excluding postage. We are then able provide a store credit voucher for the product cost, minus the restocking fee and shipping paid.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defective.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us by email hello@littleleather.com.au within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis on its merits.

As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying postage to return faulty items but this may be refunded upon assessment of the item.
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS - SALE ITEMS
All items on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged (including change of mind, sizing & fit, colour, or styling), subject to Australian Consumer Law.

PAYPAL REFUNDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you shop with PayPal, you may be eligible for their Refunded Returns service and PayPal will refund you the cost of sending items back, up to 8 times per year, to a value of $45 per eligible transaction.
